CCU’s research on the topic of “Youth and Leadership, Tomorrow’s Global Leaders” indicates that today’s youth have to be presented with more on-hands learning techniques. Because of the “screen culture” that today’s youth are being exposed to, learning and educating them faces serious challenges, as youth’s brains have an attention span of about 7 minutes on one interesting topic.
CCU has concluded that the challenge is to design curriculums that are cutting edge and promotes participant’s attention, while still obtaining academic knowledge.
All of CCU’s workshops are specifically designed with the following modules, and for our participants to self discover:
2. Public Speaking
3. Understand how to come out of the comfort zone
4. Cross-cultural relations
6. Who will you be in the future?
This dynamic and cutting edge curriculum and thinking is what will give an advantage to our participants and make them the preferred candidate in tomorrow’s professional environment.
